It’s been such a long time since I last visited you.. So I shall leave you with some updates..
Hubby was admitted to hospital on Thursday due to some throat virus infection which causes him unable to eat drinks and sleep since 11 April. I sent him to SGH A&E but they referred him to ENT but the system is so screwed up! They say the appointment have more priority over A&E. haiz.. so no choice have to sent him to AH.. Don’t understand what’s wrong with their mind.
Anyway, as office is so busy with a few big big event, my heart is neither here nor there.. dear dear knows that I need to go back office so he make me drop him @ AH and go back office.. Once I reached office, I told my boss that I will need to apply for a day leave but will finish up my stuffs and leave. Glad that my boss is understanding.. been rushing in and out of hospital was so tiring but of coz I know that it’s not as suffering as dear dear being sick..
Luckily I asked him to buy the insurance which I bought the other time and he was upgraded to A class which he can claimed all from the insurance company.
On the day of our anniversary! 19 April 2008, we again make another big decision of our life..
Actually we have been sourcing for resale flats quite sometimes but have not met something we really like.. But just right on this special day, we went to view this house, it’s the kind of love @ first sight.. Though there are loads to renovate on but we just knew it it is this.. Mummy wanted us to rethink but we insisted so we make the OTP & OTE together at the same time.. so we paid $1500 cash for both options.. and now, we can’t back out anymore..
In 3 months times, we will have the key and we can start renovating etc.. hehe.. am so happy and excited.. btw, the house is $466k.. valuation is $420k and COV is $46K which excludes the agent commission of $5000.. total we have to come out $50k cash.. this is the downside of the happiness.. but well.. the Lord will guide us out.. as we have been praying to him for a house that he think suitable for us..
